A group of us PhD researchers at Cardiff are planning a conference to get people from different disciplines together to talk about food. In the spirit of bringing people together and trying to stimulate new thinking, we’re inviting suggestions on how the day should run. The website will live on after the event as a way to keep in touch, and share the ideas which come out of the day.
